Office Hours: Our office is open Monday through Friday from 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. All patients’ office visits are by appointment only.
Office Staff: Our facility is staffed with experienced, well- trained nurses and technicians and is accredited by the Accreditation Association of Ambulatory Health Care and Medicare. Our facility has received the highest accreditation possible from that organization. Our staff will accommodate you in every way possible.
1. Front Desk: Our front office personnel are very efficient and will try to accommodate your needs to the best of their abilities. We recommend you phone in the morning to arrange for appointments. When calling to request a prescription refill, please have your pharmacy’s phone number available. Our telephone number is (888) 713-7814.
2. Surgery Scheduling: The patient coordinator is very knowledgeable about all phases of surgery and may answer your questions about surgery and healing or arrange for surgery dates; including pre-operative and post-operative visits.
3. Pre-Operative Lab Work and EKG’s: Your EKG may be conducted in our office prior to your surgery. Basic lab tests usually are taken care of on the day of the pre-operative visit, which is scheduled two to three weeks prior to the date of surgery.
Emergencies: Your surgeon may be reached 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. If questions or concerns arise during normal office hours, please call (949) 386-2734 and the doctor will be notified. If questions or problems arise after normal office hours, please call the exchange by dialing (949) 472-1490. In the event of an emergency, the doctor will be paged. In his absence, the on call physician will be notified.

Parking: Parking is available directly in front of our office. Unfortunately, parking may be a problem mid-day. The hospital, which is located across the street, is available for parking anytime throughout the day.
Smoking Policy: Smoking is not allowed in our office or our surgery center.
It is customary in the field of cosmetic surgery that fees for procedures are paid in advance. This is also a policy advocated by the American Society of Plastic and Reconstructive Surgeons and the American Academy of Facial Plastic Surgeons.
Receipts: Patients are provided with an itemized statement for tax purposes.
Office Visits: All pre & post-operative appointments are included in the surgical fees.
Surgical Scheduling Deposit: A 10% non-refundable deposit is required at the time of scheduling surgery. The importance of adhering to the scheduled surgery date cannot be emphasized enough. Last minute cancellations are problematic and expensive, as arrangements for anesthesia, nursing staff, operating room set-up, and recovery care must be made well in advance. If surgery needs to be re-scheduled, the deposit may be applied to surgery performed within six months. However, when surgery is postponed or re-scheduled within 21 days of the surgery day, the deposit will not be refunded or applied to a future date while an additional 20% cancellation fee will apply. Health related cancellations and family emergencies are exceptions, of course.
Surgical Fees: The balances of the surgical fees and anesthesia fees are to be paid two weeks prior to surgery and are usually collected at the pre-operative appointment.
Additional Fees: Laboratory fees, EKG’s, and certain prescriptions are not covered in the surgical costs.
Payment Options: We offer two payment options. The first option is to pay the balance of surgery in full either with cash, check, or credit card. The second option is to finance surgery with the Care Credit. We are happy to offer the Care Credit because it requires no initial payment, the monthly payments are low, there is not a pre-payment penalty, and the first payment is not due for 4-5 weeks from the date that the loan is processed. With Care Credit, there are a variety of payment options, one of which is 12 months of interest free financing.
